How do I access my old BlackPlanet account?

There are two ways to access your old BlackPlanet account, and both require access to the email account you used to create the BlackPlanet account with. If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your BlackPlanet account, please email memberadvocate@interactiveone.com.

If you remember your username, you can go to the forgot password page and enter your username. From there you should be able to reset your password and log in.

If you don’t remember your username, you can go to the forgot username page and enter your email address. From there you will receive and email to reset your password and log in.

Note: All photos, notes, messages, and forums prior to 2015 will no longer be available.
